Danielle Fraser

After graduating with a philosophy degree (with Great Distinction) from Brandon University, Danielle went on to attend the Robson Hall Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba where she obtained her law degree in 2006.
Danielle has extensive experience appearing before the Court of Queen’s Bench in all levels of domestic court. Danielle has additionally appeared before the Manitoba Court of Appeal, being successful both as Appellant and in defending appeals.
Danielle is trained in Collaborative Law. Danielle’s preference is to resolve domestic matters outside of the court system, but when a negotiated resolution is not possible, Danielle is well versed in the laws and procedures required to successfully proceed through Manitoba’s courts.
As she grew up in Brandon, Manitoba, Danielle maintains strong ties to that community and frequently assists clients who reside in the Brandon area.
Danielle's hourly rate for 2025 is $390.00. Her rate for initial consultations is $760.00.

Stacey Ennis

Prior to obtaining her law degree, Stacey attended the University of Winnipeg where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Stacey went on to obtain her law degree at the Robson Hall Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 2015.
Stacey articled at McRoberts Law Office LLP from 2015 to 2016 and remained there as an associate lawyer until October 2018. She joined Fraser Law in November 2018.

Rachel Wolfe

Rachel grew up in Winnipeg, and maintains strong ties to the City.
Before attending law school, Rachel attended the University of Winnipeg where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Conflict Resolution.
Rachel received her JD from University of Manitoba in 2017. Throughout law school, Rachel enjoyed volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada and with Mediation Services.
Rachel began articling with Fraser Law in May of 2017 and was called to the bar in June 2018.

Anna-Maria assists both Sarah and Stacey, and is very familiar with the different dynamics of both practices. Anna-Maria also handles the front end of the office and is typically the first person you will make contact with when you engage Fraser Law.

Kaitlin Nichol
Articling student
Kaitlin grew up on a farm in Arborg, Manitoba, and loves to get back and visit as much as possible.
Kaitlin graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in psychology. She then went on to obtain her law degree at the Robson Hall Faculty of Law, graduating in 2024. During her time at law school, Kaitlin enjoyed volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada, and loved working with the Legal Help Centre as a summer student, externship student and volunteer (and for a short time, administrative assistant).
